Rachel Sullivan

I've been working in IT for almost 30 years. I started off as a teenager, still in High School, answering help desk calls and now am building solutions and designing systems to meet business needs. I love learning new technology and teaching others all of the amazing things you can do with the tools in Microsoft 365. I am honored to have been awarded a Microsoft MVP in 2025 for Microsoft Teams.

I have a wonderfully supportive husband. And am also mom to an amazing teenaged boy, four cats and a sweet little puppy.
