I've been working in IT for over 20 years. I started off as a teenager, still in High School, answering help desk calls and now am building solutions and designing systems to meet business needs. I love learning new technology and teaching others all of the amazing things you can do with the tools in Microsoft 365.

I'm also a mom to an amazing little boy, three cats and a big old dog.
