Rachel Sullivan

I've been working in IT for over 25 years. I started off as a teenager, still in High School, answering help desk calls and now am building solutions and designing systems to meet business needs. I love learning new technology and teaching others all of the amazing things you can do with the tools in Microsoft 365.

I have a wonderfully supportive husband. And am also mom to an amazing teenaged boy, five cats and a big old dog.
